​@michaels3325 It had nothing to do with his bass playing. Although it is unclear whether he quit or was fired (he never said either way), it was because he and Scott Stapp did not get along. They had a fist fight that Mark had to break up. None of the band got along with Scott, which is why they broke up. Both times. Hopefully not a third time.
