Was just in JoAnn’s and stumbled across some Parklane paper too! I have a paper obsession since I normally come home with those big books from Michael’s. Love the paper choice. Hope I can get one. Don’t ignore the glucose alarm!❤️ It will probably take a while after eating to bring sugar level up. I’m an old fashioned diabetic so I have to depend on my inner alarm for experience. Shaky hands if I’m low and sleepy when I’m high as well as slower thinking.

Hello. I'm a new subscriber, and something about an altered composition book just really got my attention 😊. I'm a journaler, and write on a daily basis. I have health issues that I need to keep track of and recorded, so I have just regular notebooks that I've been keeping track in. Then seeing this, and with all the craze with junk Journaling, I thought it would be a great way to do both, and have some fun with it at the same time, with regards to decorating and all❤. What a great idea!! I really love this ❤.
