What a delight! I’ve been making altered lamps and lampshades for about 24 years. I never tire of seeing other’s works of beauty, something that you are known for. I haven’t done a lace one yet, often I work with things I make like pieces of sketch paper that I’ve written poems or song lyrics into with calligraphy or just a fancy script. Then I do a process which gilds the edges with gold which contrasts with the distressed papers. All is attached with a decoupage method then varnished after adjusting the tones of the papers. But now that I’ve watched you create this beautiful shabby chic upcycled lamp & shade, I’m eager to look thru my starch of lace and lacy fabric to find the right material to use to rescue a lamp of my own! TFS!!❤️🤗

I'm going to use this idea right away. I have a small lamp that needs some "happiness". lol It is an old shade so it has "blemishes". It needs decorating. Thanks for the idea. My lamp base has blue in it so I will add some blue and cream colored flowers. Don't you just love watching others' videos and getting ideas?

so as long as you do it on the outside and use the recommended wattage on the lightblub you should have no problems!!

отстой . безвкусица полная. кружева и ткани должны быть натуральными и всяких блестки поменьше. нескольких бусин достаточно. Не для показа ваше творение. простите.
