I have an issue with the war between Poland, Ukraine, and Galicia. Galicia would've needed time to organize and train an actual army to have the advantage of German tactics. With how quickly Poland and Ukraine pounced on them, Galicia wouldn't have stood a chance. I understand that this is alternate history, but alternate history needs to be plausible for it to have relevance. While I do see a lot of plausibility with your larger wars, I see very little when it comes to smaller conflicts. Also, there's A LOT of bad blood between Ruthenians and Poles. Ukraine and Poland joining forces against a nation they both have ethnic ties to would be near impossible as they'd never fully agree on how to divide the territory. I mean, I'm Polish and I'm still really pissed about the Soviets giving East Galicia and Volhynia to the Ukrainian SSR when the Ukrainian SSR was founded. I feel a Poland in this time period would feel really insulted over the Ruthenians not joining the Polish nation due to our common history, meaning any diplomatic relationships between them likely would've been out of pure necessity unless they were openly hostile. A war between Ukraine and Poland would've likely happened a few years after their release, then whichever of the two would've won (I'm going to throw my bet at Poland mainly because we've proved ourselves a more than capable fighting force when nationalism is involved) would've likely declared on the weakened Galicia. This would've led to the unification of the region and likely a war between the victor and the Russians, unless the UK stepped in and allied them like they did with Galicia in your video. With this occurring, Russia would've had to reconcile with the small country. However, if it did come to war then the likely outcome would've been a Russian victory unless a Miracle on the Vistula type situation occured allowing Poland/Ukraine to win. If Poland won, they'd likely take much of Belarussia and Vilnius region due to its large Polish population. If Ukraine won, then the Ukrainians would've likely taken more of what is Ukraine today as well as parts of central Belarussia. If Russia won, then they'd simply annex the whole region into their Empire. Looking on it now I think your issue is just an overall lack of knowledge on the history and people of Eastern Europe. This isn't much of a surprise as you're Dutch and we're generally only a footnote on a global scale, but I feel it's something you should look into a bit more before doing more of these.
