This is really cool, but I think a lot of the front line action happened too fast. A country joins the war and it is conquered in less than a week. The Germans almost make it too Moscow in less than a month. All of Scandinavia falls in three days. I feel they should have been a little less drastic

Very nice effort, but some things were a bit unrealistic: - Spain was still devastated from the civil war so they should have joined later or not at all. - Turkey was leaning towards the side of the Axis so Germany invading Turkey seemed a bit odd. - Switzerland should have stayed neutral, as it would not really benefit Germany to invade them whatsoever. But I guess that's why it's called alternative in the first place ;) Still, this was one of the better alternate WWII videos I have seen so far, good job!
