This aged well. It still hits hard as I remember....The feeling and emotion I get from Paintbrush's elimination is indescribable! The fact that Lightbulb gave up Baxter to Paintbrush was so heartwarming...But the fact that this elimination had me on the verge of tears is so shocking. Who knew that in such a short amount of time would a team such as AnimationEpic's cast so much emotion...It's not just any object show to be honest...it's an *object* show

Lightbulb has always really resonated with me as a character. She always tries her best to be positive even thought she gets carried away. I have ADHD and i can get distracted and overly excited about things, so her quirks really remind me of myself and my own struggles.

I JUST REALIZED THIS MAY BE A METAPHOR FOR LIGHTBULB'S FEELINGS LET ME EXPLAIN Lightbulb gets sad due to Paintbrush deciding not to be a team, and creates herself a new reality where everybody is like her, (which is shown with a ACTUAL different reality) so she wont have any arguments like she had with paintbrush. Not gonna lie...this has gotta be the most touching episode of II to date. The relationship between Paintbrush and Lightbulb is amazing and I love it, and Paintbrush's gender is finally touched upon --- and understood, no less --- by the most unlikely of candidates. It's also nice to see Lightbulb and Test Tube finally spend some time in the same scene and interacting, given the blatant contrast between their personalities. The way they interact is amazing and it, along with all the other carefully thought-out interactions, brings a whole new level of storytelling to the table not seen in more or less any other object show (that I've seen, anyway) to date. You lot have done wonders for this show both aesthetically and as a narrative, and I'm very excited to see where y'all take it from here. It may take a while for each episode, but holy hell...especially for the past few episodes, it's been worth the wait every time. ...that said, I still have one question: What happened between Suitcase and Baseball? Unless it was about Nickel's elimination...

God this series has so much personality. I love this show almost more than anything. This show starts to care less about the show and more about how the characters feel, something most object shows have trouble doing. Each character feels like a person and indulging in this video brings me to a new world. It's a true master piece with animation, voice acting and everything else. I would kill to see episode 13. This show is definitely worth the wait.

Dang, this is what really sets Inanimate Insanity above other object reality shows, it isn't just random goofiness, even the characters specifically made to be funny get character development and depth, like, look at Knife, he started as a jerk with no personality aside it, but now he has a kindness that you don't even see in the purest of characters, he genuinely wants what's best for the others, and the interactions don't just feel like two emotionless walls talking, they're relatable, and you feel for them, you even feel a bit bad for Taco here, it's clear that she wanted to go back and fix a mistake

Vladimir Yeah It was a little surprising, since I never cry at shows. Now looking back on it 2 months later, I think I just wasn’t expecting the whole symbolism and stuff, especially with the music “Just Like Me.” I find it very amazing how they were able to compare and contrast that LB was with ppl just like her, but in the end, it was her and painty’s differences which made them most alike. And the fact that they brought that reprise back in the elimination was so bittersweet, causing me to be emotional.

This is personally my favorite object show episode, not just from Inanimate Insanity I don't know how to use words to describe how much I love it, seeing that Lightbulb aside from being a 'funny' character has struggles and problems too that she just hides, and Test Tube accepting chaos leaving the patterns she follows to feel safe, it's just amazing, you can easily identify with these characters because they go through things like everyone, Paintbrush's struggles made me kin them Just thank you for making this amazing series

Oh, my, god. This is by far the most emotional elimination in any object show. The music sets the mood. And when Paintbrush looked back at Lightbulb, i felt that. This episode is emotionally impacted. No object show i’ve ever seen had such a great elimination before. The animation is spectacular, the music is great, and the story is creative. There is no other object show that makes you feel so many emotions like Inanimate Insanity. Everyone who worked on this episode did a fantastic job. The characters are like human, they have feelings. Inanimate Insanity went from a typical object show, but after episode 9, the characters showed more emotion towards each other. When Paintbrush was eliminated, I cried a little. I’ve never felt such emotion before at an object show. This is a great object show. No matter how many times i watch this episode, i feel for the characters.

Character development arcs, a compelling storyline, and so much representation all in one episode? Amazing. This episode was just. So. AMAZING!! I'll admit, the first time I watched the scene with Lightbulb and Paintbrush, the whole "Option C" conversation just flew right over my head. After looking at the comments, I went back, watched it, and wow, that really resonated with me! From using Lightbulb using Baxter to make Paintbrush feel accepted to the "just like me" song and lyrics, there is so much truly amazing screenwriting I missed the first time that I am incredibly glad I went back and watched. Thank you, Adam and AnimationEpic, for creating such a wonderful episode! And here I was, thinking I was a true fan (I would be like Fan if I was in an object show lol) and language artist (I'm the kind of person who deeply analyzes productions like this one), but you guys just blew me away. I LOVED this whole episode as well as these past few episodes, and I think--no, I KNOW--you guys are masters of screenwriting, character development and relationships, and creating such a beautiful object show that will forever resonate with me. I hope I was able to explain just how much I love this episode, series, and how much love you put into creating it. Yes, some things do require an explanation, and I believe this is one of them. :)

It feels very powerful, it shows how Lightbulb and Paintbrush’s relationship has been amended. Now accepting who they are and their reality. Otherwise, I’m just looking deep into the music. I can say, with certainty, that this is the greatest object show of all time. No other object show makes you feel for each of the characters as much as this one. Every characters personality is so distinct and unique. It creates a fantastic blend of vibes. The character development is better than most television shows. This deserves to be on Cartoon Network. What can I say about this episode. It’s just one of the most beautiful, outstanding, heart touching episodes I’ve ever seen in my life from the object community. It gives out a sense of passion for how much this show has grown over the years. It blows my mind of how much work and effort can be put into something so extraordinary and becomes something I watch over and over again. I just love rambling on of what inanimate insanity is and what it truly means to me. This is the show that I’ll never forget and I’ll love it till the very end. Let me be honest. The end of Episode 12 has done something to me. Paintbrush coming out as non-binary, Lightbulb's final farewell and parting gift, the Just Like Me reprise that plays as Paintbrush takes one last look at the friends they made this season, and the person she's known since day one, before finally taking their leave... It brings me to tears every. Damn. Time. Even though I'm so proud of Paintbrush, and so touched by such a bittersweet goodbye, it still kills me. Every time I think about it, it reduces me to a teary-eyed mess. I always felt so connected to Paintbrush in that I am absolutely done with everyone's shit at this point. The fact that I was able to relate to my favorite character on this show somehow made me feel a little less alone. This is something that will never leave me. Something so powerful to me, something that will resonate within me forever. That one bittersweet goodbye...

I got introduced to the object shows pretty recently through BFB. Went back and watched all of BFDI, BFDIA, and IDFB too. I saw II around here and there but avoided it, thinking it was a cheap knock-off. I finally caved and watched season 2, and I'm so glad I was wrong. This show is incredible, and dare I say better than its inspirational source. You actually feel for the characters, even if you hate one they have their reasons for being unlikable. Everyone has backstory, and deep ones at that. Both II and the BFDI series are great, and I look forward to new episodes of each. Both teams, keep it up! You give so many of your fans something to look forward to, be happy about, and draw inspiration from.

EVERY SINGLE ONE is a cheap knockoff. The very cheapest knock-off is Object Oppose. There are, like, more than 20 object shows out there, all with their own unique properties (except, guess what? Why do all the object shows have to be about competitions to win grand prizes?) BFDI has the most properties with the most recommended characters, most dumbness (most stupid creators (you have no idea how dumb carykh and fernozzle are), most badly drawn characters (every David, Yellow Face and budget cut recommended character), most stupid inventions (How to be Dumb, paper slips and other Yellow Face) and most dangerous foods meant for consumption), most high number and math jokes, etc. After Object Overload (the third), it all starts getting muggy and unofficial (Nickel is in Object Madness as well) and there's even a new one with all the competitors from every season of the first three object shows (Object Allstars, I think). So anyway, just wanted to let you know. Every one is basically a cheap knockoff. The only thing is that they're all kind of different (even if they've got budget cuts so they must have stupid knockoffs). Where was I?

Seeing Lightbulb count on her fingers while talking to Paintbrush is oddly wholesome. She's like "ok so Paintbrush ain't a girl or a boy, so that's the first two options out." It's like she's trying to math Paintbrush's gender. Small detail, but it still puts a smile on my face.
