You’re a definition of “you get out what you put in” & I’m sure your channel will help many others! Many people feel trapped in a non ideal place of work and want to develop skills but it is hard. Great work ethic you make me want to do better.

Thank you Kelvin. I miss Bristol and Yate - it was fun working together! As for being 'trapped in a non ideal place of work' - I can feel this pain very well. Yes, it is hard to develop skills while working somewhere, but I think sometimes it is the only chance to change your life trajectory... Or are there any alternative ways?

Teachers make the best Entrepreneurs and can use their skills to grow and monetize almost anything. I'm working on a side project of building a subscription box business helping children with disabilities.

Great example, thank you! Yes, definitely, there are a number of alternative areas where teachers can find themselves. I believe it is important for the teachers to start preparing themselves for that beforehand by deliberately developing all the needed skills like project management, marketing and so on. Thank you!
