How to find your passion in this rapidly changing world? You need to have a built-in career navigator in your head. The reason for this is that you can never be prepared enough - the world is changing too fast. Career path planning is not something that we can achieve in one day - there are several psychological principles that have to be in place for that to happen (steps dealing with self-knowledge, exploring the labor market and so on). @@IlnurMiftakhov I really like what you’ve said about noticing what excites them and what they are good at and giving children a positive feed back. This is something I am trying to do already but it is good to be reminded of another valuable reason why parents should praise their children’s accomplishments thru: “I see how excited/passionate you are about this” or “ I see how good you are at this...etc.” instead of basic “good job”. I also thought if you’d have on screen some bullet points or relevant words pop out on screen that may help to keep audience retention. And I’ve taken the journey of soul searching, books reading, self development courses, reevaluate past experiences and basically what you’ve described to do in your video and it lead me to starting my channel.

As for the name of the BGM - it's just a free music sample provided by KZbin in its audio library.
