How to find your passion in this rapidly changing world? You need to have a built-in career navigator in your head. The reason for this is that you can never be prepared enough - the world is changing too fast. Career path planning is not something that we can achieve in one day - there are several psychological principles that have to be in place for that to happen (steps dealing with self-knowledge, exploring the labor market and so on). Career guidance programs have to be based on these psychological principles in order to be effective.
🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Educators and parents who are interested in developing this kind of concepts deeper - please leave your email here:

🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
These principles help to deal with a variety of career-related questions. How to fulfil your potential? How to find your best fitting job? How to grow your career? How to plan and develop your career? How do you do all that in rapidly changing, unstable (VUCA) world? There is no easy and quick way of achieving all these, but these principles will gradually help.
In this video, I not only tell about these principles in details but also speak about the educational aspects of it - what the educators have to consider when developing the career guidance programs for their students. Also, what parents need to consider when bringing up their kids. These career tips will hopefully help you find your passion and be fully responsible for our potential.

Hi Masha! Thank you! Just curios - did you find it in any way practical for your kids? Or did it just sound like academic mumbo-jumbo?

@@IlnurMiftakhov I really like what you’ve said about noticing what excites them and what they are good at and giving children a positive feed back. This is something I am trying to do already but it is good to be reminded of another valuable reason why parents should praise their children’s accomplishments thru: “I see how excited/passionate you are about this” or “ I see how good you are at this...etc.” instead of basic “good job”. I also thought if you’d have on screen some bullet points or relevant words pop out on screen that may help to keep audience retention. And I’ve taken the journey of soul searching, books reading, self development courses, reevaluate past experiences and basically what you’ve described to do in your video and it lead me to starting my channel.

Right, the actual phrases of feedback ARE important. In fact, this involves our ability to observe our kids and identify some key features to give the feedback about. So, again, self-improvement for us as parents 🙂 Thank you for this idea - yes, definitely should have used some bullet points... I can relate to what you are telling about your personal journey very much! Indeed. Yes. Completely. Same for me 😊 Thank you for stopping by, I do appreciate that.

Hi, Ilnur. Thank you very much for this inspiring video with practical advices. As an educator in the career transition stage, I really feel theses principles are important and useful for everybody in this world. The idea of how to introduce interior design for kids is very creative and good. Thank you for your sharing. By the way, what is the name of ending BGM?

Hi Dan! Thank you for your kind words of support! Yes, I also am sure that these four principles are a must for everyone in this modern world - I couldn't imagine my life without the. As for the name of the BGM - it's just a free music sample provided by KZbin in its audio library. I can't look it up right now as I am now replying to you with my smartphone but if you want I can look it up later when I am at my desk
