This video is a great example of something that most singers/musicians experience every now and then - The feels! Coming like an emotional overflow when being part of a performance and realizing that the someone else involved added that extra touch that makes the music go straight into your heart. It shows in this video, for sure. It is one thing to watch a concert and get emotional, we've all been there. But when you are on stage and being a part of creating that emotion, it is just magic. The times I've experienced it, remains some of the most amazing experiences of my life...

I have another theory based in my 12 year old son who loves to sing and perform. When he does a duet he doesn't know what to do when it is not his turn to sing. So he does some awkward things like Chris here. I noticed at the Peace Proms performance he was more in control and was more like a very confident young man. In that one they both looked at each other with smiles and it seemed like genuine friendship. Yes he could be infatuated with her. I mean just look at her or should I say listen to her? But it is likely a combination of him being awkward, being amazed by her voice, and a little infatuation. I think they are really friends now though. Also this is an all boys school. They had just let girls try out for their choir. Jess was one of the first. So perhaps for some of these boys it was the first time encountering a female their age. You know how teen boys are.
