Hey Harsha, University aside, what's more important is the career you are targeting. An MS in CS degree is a good pathway if you're aiming for traditional tech jobs- like SDE (Software Development Engineer). An MS in DS is a good pathway for Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Data Engineer kind of roles, and additionally- because programming is an integral part of the curriculum, you'll also be qualified to apply to SDE roles. Between those two universities, it's hard to compare because both are pretty much on the same level. What matters more than the universities is building relevant skills that are in demand in the job market. Hope this helps!
