Great video. Awesome to see the older vats still being used. Very acurate and also let's the mechanics see what load does to volts and amps. The only other thing I would have shown is a bad diodes test. But all in all that is a good fair shake of the vat40.

High rpm increases voltage. High rpm simulates highway driving condition. Load pulls voltage down. So high rpm will compensate for natural voltage drop

Each and every car is going to be diferant. You should always pull up specifications via Mitchell or all data.

don't listen to the 7 seconds. you must always get to 15 seconds and no more. why? because if you do less then 15 seconds, you will get a bad reading.
