Thanks for this excellent video. For those of us with right-hand drive vehicles, access is more difficult because the brake master cylinder and reservoir are located on the same side as the alternator. I had to remove the intercooler (and cover), the heat shield over the exhaust manifold and the rear intercooler bracket. I also removed both nuts holding the brake fluid reservoir to the bulkhead so that I could move that around as needed. That gave me just enough room to get the alternator past but it was very tight and a lot of wiggling / rotation was needed. Also, if you are a clumsy oaf like me and you pull the small wires out of the back of the connector while trying to remove it, the grey wire goes at the top with the blue one below. If you are lucky, the wires will push back in and still make a connection. I used a ring spanner on the tensioner with a breaker bar as a lever between the back of the engine and the spanner. I then tied a rope around the breaker bar to hold it in place.

I have a Mazda CX7 2.3 2007 I took it to the workshop because it marked a witness of the battery they took the alternator and changed the regulator they installed it again and now it fails me it turns on the indicator of the battery and it is removed but it activates the anti-skid and leaves the truck in 3rd I have to turn it off and on again can someone help me ???
