There was no "gender affirming" clinics before Obama, psychologists tried to talk kids out of transsexualism before Obama. Obama passed the bill that made gender reassignment a funded medical complaint, now there is about 100 such clinics in the USA. People are making money sterilising children, as long as there is money to be made this industry will keep growing, there is no incentive to convince a boy to grow to be a man, there is money to be made in turning him into a fake woman, never to have children.
