I totally agree. The scouts have lost a lot of what made them wonderful for kids. I was heavily involved in scouts with my grandson. He had ADHD and learned lessons he never would have learned elsewhere. Today he is 20 and works as a diesel mechanic and is doing well still remembering the lessons he learned. my best friend who still lives in vero beach florida told me that he took his 5 or 6 year old granddaughter to the indian river county fair and this really disturbed me. she told him that she knows what a lesbian is. he said what? she said you know how boyfriend and girlfriend are, you can have a girlfriend and you can kiss her. cops are bad because they arrest black people. he said where did you hear this? she said " at school, my teacher told me this". this has to stop!

I remember seeing a documentary where Walt Disney would inspect a new animated movie. Apparently animators would sometimes paint something a bit lewd or funny into 1 frame. Walt Disney could somehow spot it and fire the animator involved.
