During my two day trip to Alton Towers Resort, we stayed at the Alton Towers Hotel in an Arctic Explorer Room! Alton Towers Hotel is a time traveler themed resort with multiple themed wings, roaming characters, beautiful details and great dining options! We talked with time travelers, became Arctic Explorers, had dinner and breakfast at the Secret Garden Restaurant, and rejuvenated ourselves between two long and exciting days at Alton Towers riding everything!! I have so much love for the Alton towers entertainers and crew because they’re fab! It’s kinda sad that they can’t play under the globe where they usually are but it’s still so good to see them being able to perform! Id love to stay in the hotel, the theming is stunning!

Wow. What an amazingly themed Hotel. Absolutely incredible. Something that the hotels here in Florida can take a lesson from. You did an amazing job on the room and hotel tour. I loved the food you ordered but not the presentation so much. Yet, another GREAT JOB. :-)

As someone who's been going to Alton Towers since they were a kid, and live near there now, it was really refreshing to see it through a persons eyes who hadnt been before. Its made me re-appreciate the gardens, though I haven't been through for years either as they are so huge, nd so up and down it takes too long out of your ride IMHO. I hope you enjoyed your time in the UK and come back again. x x

Completely agree it was off my radar completely, especially with short opening hours, but may be resort stay with 2 day ticket is the way forward when we cant go to the exceptional theme parks in Holland and Germany and of course Disney anywhere

Yay I'm so glad to hear that! I watched a few vids on it before going and it's weird because I also couldn't tell anything of what it was like from any of the vids I saw! I really tried to capture the feel and what it was like in my videos. I tried to make it so that whoever is watching feels like they are there with me experiencing it and really SEEING and feeling everything!

Stayed up there last week, you can deffo feel that they have reduced the capacity in the main common areas at the hotels compared to before. Enchanted village is beautiful to stay in and is magical. Glad you had a great couple of days at my fav place in the whole world and hope you're back again soon to experience it again. May I suggest Scarefest!!!! its not Halloween Horror Nights but its an amazing event Towers do!!!!!

In the stargaz rooms it's just a room no toilet that's outside and I stayed at the enchanted village its lovely.
