I was told by tata sales guy that Altroz DCA automatically supports hill hold, and theres no problem about it. I have seen your videos, which is quite clear that theres no problem in Hill driving. But then too can you try a hill hold, or holding your car from your basement/uphill position. much appreciation.

Will the mileage increase if we ride it in manual mode. In my altroz I’ve driven close 2300 km, in hyd city it gives me 9-10 mileage. Does it improve in manual mode and after second servicing ?

@@way2cars have u ever experienced transmission malfunctioned error when u start ur altroz. I experienced this yesterday. The vehicle wasn’t moving at all. Even after I tried changing it to manual mode, I had to switch off the vehicle wait for 2 mins and then start.

All automatics given better milage if driven manually...as in auto mode they have set speeds and when crossed only shifts to higher gear....(Example: 5th gear sets only after 60 kmph) ....but in manual mode we can shift even after 45 kmph...depends on load and free motorway....so milage is 30% better inside manual mode

Normally gear boxes do not malfunction...sone even if any type of auto gear boxes malfunction....Not every service centres can rectify it....have a insurance policy with tow-away feature and keep peace.
