@Matt, I don’t really use any sounds or anything. What I found helps me the most is folding my pillow in half and laying with my neck tilted back a bit, almost like I’m falling backwards. I then imagine that I’m on a big yoga ball and that I’m stuck to it as it rolls. That’s the fastest way for me to get my vibrations going. Once I get to the vibration phase I start imagining that the ball is rolling faster and faster. It’s pretty much like a centrifugal force that ejects me out of my body. Once I have my vibrations fast enough that’s when I know I can exit my body. I use what I call an out word to remind me to exit because the vibration phase alone can be quite interesting. It’s actually kind of fun. But that’s what works best for me.

I've read it numerous times and I can tell you this...... NOPE. The only thing I've really noticed was the blatant "borrowing" of ideas from Lovecraft, Robert E. Howard, etc. If you are familiar with these authors, you will immediately recognize certain things about the Tabs. Mix in the fact that Doreal was a huge fanboy of the same authors as well as a struggling sci-fi writer himself. But this is the reason I like the Tabs, not for any so-called spiritual insight.
