And i put it with 3 glow fish, 1 placo, 6 guppies, river gorami l, small river glass fish and two black angles. And i also put 5 normal snails and 2 river clams. And they live happily but my one angle always teases the other and forces him to hide behind the sponge filter is it ok please tell me 🙏 with lots of love from our family❤

This is fantastic, I am about to setup an altum angel tank .. will wait for the monsoon to arrive and this heat wave to pass … I will copy your island scape sir .. only difference , instead of Bolbitis, I have huge quantities of tank grown, narrow leaves trident and needle ferns which I intend to use.. the foods you have shown are all excellent one .. only thing I do differently is , I soak the Australian black worms for 2-3 mins prior to feeding my discus .. I generally hand feed and also spread them in the tank with filter switched off

Good request. Let's hope it is considered. Per my understanding, what causes problems is very frequent variations in the pH. Keeping it consistent is the key. If the pH keeps changing very frequently even by 0.1, it could cause stress. But really hoping to get some expert advice.

This is a very informative video for me Mayur sir, as I am in the process of building an Altum angels tank .. however I do have a confusion …Now in this video you explained that the best temperature range for Altum angels is 26-28 degrees .. however I noticed in another video where you did a six months review of this tank with Anil D’Souza sir .. you mentioned that you are planning to install a chiller for this tank and bring down the temperature to 24-25 degrees … now that’s confusing ….please explain what temperature Altums should be kept happily in a densely planted tank

24 to 26 is for planted aquarium while 26 to 28 is for fish only aquariums

@@MayurDevAquascaper ha ha sir … that means altums can tolerate low temperature provided we acclimatise them slowly over a long period of time. I think when we started the big tank, we started with temperatures around 27 degrees and made the altums comfortable for few months and then for the sake of bolbitis you slowly started reducing the temperature keeping a watch on altums … and now system has stabilised at 24-25 …. This is what has happened if I am not wrong ….
