For larger containers of silicone, can I just pour the silicone into smaller, manageable buckets to make it easier to pour A and B?

Yes, you can absolutely transfer larger containers of silicone into smaller, manageable buckets to make it easier to pour parts A and B. Just ensure the buckets are clean and dry before transferring, and be careful to label each bucket properly so you don’t mix the components before you're ready. Also, using buckets with spouts or flexible walls can help control the pour more precisely, reducing spills and waste.

QUESTION: Will "SOFT SOAP" (main ingredients seem to be potassium soap and vegetable oil) used in plaster molds work as a mold-release for silicone too? Fantastic series and a big thanks for making! 😁

why are prices for platinum-cure silicon rubber so high. seems like all the companies are selling the stuff for around the same price. feels like price fixing
