For those wanting something substantial to train rather than a lightweight flexible blade this is a very good starting point. Cast into a single piece of a aluminium this Chinese Broadsword is a great sword to start with and get used to training with metal. It is a standard length of most Chinese Broadswords, which is 30 inches and has a rope bound handle for good grip.
