This is my 5th time watching this, both the music and your tooling skills are fantastic, very well done indeed.

Great job Toby. A inexpensive band saw will be a great asset to your shop. I'm talking about a horizontal/vertical saw that takes a 64 1/2" blade and could be had off of Craigs list for less than $100.00. It will save you so much time, time that can be spent on more important tasks.

Cool video, nice to see manual machining. Hope the cnc guys see it and realize that you can actually make curved parts on a manual mill.

Hey nice job, and I imagine it took some time with all the setups and 4 pieces to make. This is a nice little job for a CNC mill ! keep posting the videos. Would love to see a video tour showing off your little Rusnok mill. cheers gerald

Your right! I can't believe I forgot. My hacksaw is the only metal sawing tool I have. Thanks!

Thank you for your kind words! I'm really grateful for the encouragement, as this is my first video, and I have never had any actual personal instruction for machining.

Hi Toby, Nice video. I like the fast tight editing. Looks like we need to find you a boring head and some kind of power saw. Keep up the good work. Regards, Tom

Thanks! I just got my bridgeport and it came with a boring head, but I'm still using my hacksaw with the power hacksaw drives attached to my shoulders.

I would do that, but my mill is only 1/2 hp which is not enough to just go for a 7/8 hole.
