So what effect does this have to the weight & balance of the blade in relation to the others/other blade after removing this perfection??? is method FAA approved???

It will effect the balance of the propeller blades. If it’s a small repair it’s not a big deal. the one I did here is borderline. The correct thing to do would be to do a dynamic balance of the propeller following this type of repair. If it is bad enough you may consider taking some material off of the other blades.

I failed this project in my oral and practical, are there any extra steps outside what is show on this video that you would do when performing for a DME. For example, measuring the damage and planning out the width of the repair.
