I watched these films a lot growing up. I love how the crew members gave an inside scoop of how the chipettes were designed. Another thing i didn't know about until i saw this video was that the actors recorded their lines slowly and then the dialouge was sped up in post production. Justin Long, Matthew Gray Gubler and Jesse McCartney, the voices of Alvin, Simon and Theodore, did the same thing when voicing their respective characters.

You know, Justin Long the voice of Alvin worked with the actresses who voice the Chipettes. He was in “Wake up, Ron Burgundy” with Christina Applegate and Amy Poehler also he worked with Anna Faris on “Waiting...”. Jesse McCartney voice of Theodore was in “Horton hears a who” with Amy Poehler and David Cross who plays Ian Hawke was in “Scary movie 2” with Anna Faris.
