I just finished crocheting an Irish lace one of these babies in cinderella blue! Every single autumn, I want a blanket-but-make-it-fashion.

I agree. I’m planning to make one out of a blanket with a matching skort! Yours sounds beautiful!

So nice to see your face! These came out gorgeous. I absolutely love the brown one! It looks great with your coloring/current hair color and I'm partial to the tartan and fall aesthetic. I actually don't know how to sew : hides face: but I hope to learn soon. These will be on my list for sure. Thank you for your hard work and the inspiration. Also, I would for sure wear the black one year round!

These turned out very cute and are adorable on you. Perfect for Halloween. So lovely and a great way to use up any fabric remnants that arent quite big enough for a skirt. Another good idea for fabric scraps is to make a hair wrap or even a small headband type wrap, with or without wire in it. A friend of mine makes ties for her husband and aprons as well which doesn't use much fabric, and she makes a lot of ties/ shirts for her husband that match with her skirts or dresses or tops. I made a cute tiki Hawaiian print sarong type dress and a shirt for her husband as a gift and she there a luau and loved it. I think FOR ME PERSONALLY events are cool but to be matchy-matchy all the time is a bit odd, but to each their own (...and Yes, she's aware of this, even though I didn't volunteer the information and wasn't rude aor raining on her parade about her enjoying it, either so please don't come for me with your pitchforks, internet mob of the Church of Constant Fake - Virtue Signaling or Otherwise - Outrage! My friend and I know each other very well and are like sisters. I wasn't trying to put her down behind her back or anything like that. SORRY TO BE PRESUMPTOUS! GENUINELY I AM! I've just gotten some weird comments out of left field from some people who sound very angry so I hope I dispelled some of that but in all honestly I might've made it worse.... LI am new to this KZbinr's videos but this community seems very sweet though, anyways, so I don't think I have much to "fear" so to speak, I was mostly JOKING obviously.). Variety is one of the things which makes our lives interesting, after all. I have a vintage princess coat I wanted to find similar fabric for and make a capelet with a hood instead of just sewing a hood in.. I will have to find similar lining too. OK I'll stop rambling now, lol. :) Hope everyone is having a great day, if anyone read this far into this disjointed tangent filled comment. :) :) :)
