Welcome back to Always and Forever! Always and Forever is highlighting incredible former local titleholders, who competed for Miss Alabama, in honor of the 100th anniversary of Miss Alabama. Our first guest is Ashley Stidham Seligson!
Ashley Stidham Seligson is a wife, mother, and chief operating officer of the Seligson household, chauffeur, cheerleader, boo-boo nurse, maid, chef, and volunteer extraordinaire, whose favorite food is ice cream and has earned the title of the infamous “Ice Cream Bandit”.
Ashley is the Executive Director of Little Hands Serving Hearts. Her vision to inspire children so they can realize their potential has led her to passionately provide an avenue for future-building opportunities that will allow them to experience empathy, compassion, and the importance of community. Little Hands Serving Hearts gives volunteer opportunities for families and children of all ages and has provided over 100 opportunities for children to give back to their communities. Ashley credits her years of competing for Miss Alabama for learning many life skills and giving her the knowledge of of setting up and running a non-profit. She competed for Miss Alabama as Miss Walker County, Miss Camilla and Miss Glencoe Area.
