I've go back to the 70's at Yonkers and other NY and NJ metro tracks. I saw many of the early sub 1:57 greats but in all of my years since this race is in my top ten all time. Always B Miki ran one of the best races I ever saw.

Being hung to the first quarter was a big difference in that race . Those two horses were the standard equivalent to Alydar and Affirmed . Miki always seemed to win but Wiggle never made it easy and battled every step .

@@bigcountry4947 I believe that when Wiggle It Jiggle It won the little Brown jug it was the gutsiest performance I've ever seen from any type of horse harness or thoroughbred .

@@timothyantoine5321 no ly if Teague wudve jus trailed Miki in alot of them race and went at him in the last quarter he may have got once are twice. And lord knows that 1:46 might be lower than it is. He remind of this horse from Mississippi which they call him lil Mississippi at the big track. He had heart. Jus like Miki he a legend in Mississippi his name was bugger boy.
