Excellent title! I always look tougher than I am because I'm currently 47 and have only 10% the strength of my youth! Can't afford a life or death fight now.

Its hard for me to do the grey man because i am bigger than most people. I stand out because i am 6'9 275 lbs. I try to blend in but i stand out. I just embrace it and I am always ready

I definitely understand where you're coming from that's my buddy has told me the same thing where I'm big and somewhat tall I look intimidating but I don't necessarily see it that and I don't exactly have a nice impression on my face from what he told me I walk around with an angry face all the time.

So I live relying on my element of surprise. I have some medical physical disabilities that can automatically make me look like an easy target. I have to be cautious limping in certain areas. So in your opinion should I try to look stronger than I am or look more like a soft target? Don't get me wrong I'm no easy target but you'd never know. I carry and practice with what I carry
@BoneTactical17 күн бұрын
@@ryangriffith1500 you still should always be tougher than you look… but I also don’t think you should make yourself look like an easy target in general. There’s a lot you can do to offset a limp… but I’m even bigger is situation awareness and not going places that you shouldn’t go. That’s good that you recognize your limitations as far as whatever your physical limitations are so maybe you should consider not going places that you might have a problem.

Look alert, look confident. If you look distracted or infirm, you'll look like a target.

@BoneTactical oh god help who messes with me or mine. Between what my instructor, experience, and observations I've found a happy medium between easy and hard target. Depending on location and if I have the wife and kids I ditch the cane and suck it up to not limp. Parking lots etc. I do judge where I take my family but they know I have them under my protection. I refuse to be a victim!

@CanadaFree-ce9jn I just try not to be robocop about it. I'm awarebut never unsure. I can't use my element of surprise if I get caught with my pants down. Stay safe good sir! No matter what they say we can't have we will always be prepared! I'm talking to you Canada/USA
