Sometimes I wonder if Unmesh is actually an AI generated entity. In every single tutorial, he is absolutely polished, absolutely professional, and absolutely positive. No live human can produce such consistent quality over that amount of time. This tutorial showed an example of how to achieve consistent skin tones, but this presenter is an example of consistent quality.

How do you approach skin tone in regards to it looking *real* ? Any retouching you can do is basically just art and is completely subjective so you could change someones skin color in a fairly large gradient. But how do you figure out what numbers to tweak so the photo matches the persons skin color 1:1 ? How does one figure that out.

A lot of times, when I use the Color blend mode on a layer, it paints green/grey instead of the color I sampled. Even if I sample a red tone, it'll still paint green/grey. I've tried adjusting the sample size to 5x5 even larger. Still the same.
@mukmama Жыл бұрын
may be because your might be sampling from mask or choose sample all layers?
@BlackZEddie Жыл бұрын
@@mukmama Can't sample from mask because it's on the color layer. If you happen to sample from mask from a different layer, you get white or black, depending on your mask color. If I go the color picker route, it is already set to sample all layers. The issue is it's painting a different color than selected.

Here’s what I notice as a video and stills creator: customers are are okay with flaws showing in video that you dare not leave showing in a still photo. 30 years of Photoshop will do that.

Unmesh you are superb but at times you are to fast for people without significant photoshop experience. I am certain that we will enjoy your teachings to the max if you slow down a bit in your explanations. In some videos when you do not rush , I do not need to watch the video over and over again. Please do not forget that the vast majority of photoshop users are NOT ADVANCED users. Thank you for all you do and thank you for your talent .
