Well punching would hurt ur hands and break easy on ur opponents head but palm strikes are way more effective then punching

I’m a physician. The 22 year old male with a broken right hand is so common it’s basically a cliche. Closed fist (leading with knuckles) against hard target is a bad idea, period.
