1:15 grab middle of belt, move feet to side coming up to your elbow 5:06 cross collar trap and roll 10:28 Reverse shrimp escape 11:51 escape into single leg 12:48 get your elbow to the mat! 14:01 repeat example 17:27 after escape, don’t rush to sit up

@reinhardtgallowitz5344 Rickson said it himself in interviews. Not even to his brothers would he share with his invisible jujutsu. People change. Now, he shares it with anyone online. But for a while, only Rickson, his kids, and his students knew this stuff. If you trained in Pico, or West LA, and then trained with Royce or the Machados, you knew and felt the difference. So no, Henry learned it first.
