I built my Savi saber in February 2020, just before everything shut down. I'd watched reviews before then and got emotional, and those videos didn't come close to ruining the impact of BEING in the moment that February evening. Watching y'all go through the ceremony brought it back and I teared up all over again. Thank you. May the Force be with you.

I was able to build a lightsaber two weeks before the park closed last year. Best experience I ever had at Disneyland. I got Protection & Defense, because I was a light-side Jedi tank for my guild in Star Wars Galaxies. Such an amazing experience!! Glad to see you guys so happy in the video, and I'm glad you were able to experience Savi's Workshop! May The Force be with you!

Still to this day, the building of my lightsaber is one of my absolute favorite SW experiences. First with my wife, then a year later with a couple of friends, and each time there were tears from all involved. So glad you guys got to have this truly wonderful experience. Till the Spire!

Look at buying Lightsaber scrap metal parts to make custom variations at Galaxy's Edge. Some brown, gold, and leather add-ons would look cool to match your style. Cool giant tooth end cap makes a statement. I am sure you can get different Kyber crystals to change the blade colors...or edit the RFID via a hack. Welcome to the Darkside Ashley. HOME SWEET HOME.

Still one of the most unforgettable experiences Disney Imagineers have concocted. ^ _ ^ When I first got to visit Batuu, my companion made her reservation immediately to build a lightsaber. I held back, knowing that I would come back another time specifically to plan and build my own. But after getting to experience the ceremony that went with her assembling and igniting her own Sith saber, well we both knew we'd be returning the following day. And so we did, and I got to put together my own custom Knowledge and Defense saber with a purple blade. Without question one of the greatest examples of being drawn into the Star Wars universe, both spiritually and physically.

Watching this with all the pandemic protective measures, I think it would be amazing if a cast member decked out as a Kel Dor lead the story. Also it would have been really nice if during the shut down they developed two extra sets for newcomers and repeat customers to build. Maybe add in some alternative endings depending on the majority color kyber crystals chosen. Instead of Yoda's words of wisdom, why not Obi Wan or Palpatine? I believe this is what Walt would have called "Plussing".
