Thank you so much for sharing your crystal collection with us! I was extremely fortunate as a child. My granny lived in Franklin, NC (in the Appalachian Mountains), which is known as the"Gem Capital of the World". Her home was on several acres of land on a mountain, near a major river, so we constantly found rubies, sapphires, emeralds, garnets, smoky quartz (which she called Scottish topaz) and all sorts of quartz and mica all over her land & by the river. This is where my love of "rock hounding" came from. I would give almost anything to have again the boxes of stones we would find. I fortunately live in the foothills of the Appalachians now, and Franklin is only 2 hours from my home, so I can visit often. My area is full of wonderful rock shops. Every time I go rock hunting, even as an adult, it feels like my granny is with me.

Omg ! I grew up in Mississippi and I would often find different crystals or amethysts, sometimes in my neighbors yards ! Lol And they were big ! I have always been attracted to crystals ! Especially in the 3rd grade, when I became fascinated with the book The Dark Crystal ! 🔮 I've always knew I was different !

😲 Fortunate indeed! That sounds amazing! Not to sound creepy, but I hope we cross paths someday! My family and I are trying to get to that area and explore. We recently converted our passenger van with a bed and our test run showed us we don't know how to pack worth a darn! 😅 I'm an amateur rock hound married to a man bent on the Appalachians. We're up North in the woods that build so many of the homes down south. Oh yeah, with six kids and five dogs. 😉

You have such beautiful crystals thank you for sharing them 🥰 I’ve heard that crystals choose you and they always come into your life when you need them, I have a little story to share, when my dad died my friend took me to a crystal shop and I was drawn to a black crystal, I usually go for white or pink so I wasn’t sure why I chose the darker one and when I looked at the name it said it was called Apache tears and was good at helping through grieving, thought it was amazing how I was drawn to it.

I have a tip given to me directly from spirit during a meditation. I am an energy healer and Reiki practitioner. I was instructed to get a clear crystal quartz. It was to be an inverted obelisk necklace that would sit at my heart. I was told (by spirit) that with each beat of my heart, the electrical impulses would travel from the top of the crystal through to the bottom, activating it's piezoelectric properties. That would amplify the healing energy in my aura and facilitate the healing of the person I'm working with. I've done this for nearly fifteen years and it works beautifully!

My journey began with healing crystals and stones! I have quite a few “fancy” crystals amethyst, citrine, quartz, etc from shops. But I find my most healing from local stones in my area. If I’m walking on the beach or on a trail by a stream or in the forest that’s when I find my most precious healing stones! I have bowls full of them! Many types of granite (pink, orange and white), jaspers, stones with intricate lines, designs and shapes. Healing stones don’t have to cost anything if you are attracted to it then pick it up and feel the energy! Also, make sure to feed your stones and crystals! Thank you Alwyn! I just refreshed my altar and have been cleaning, feeding and charging my stones!

Hi someone please explain how to clean, feed and recharge Chrystal's
@joannadavis352011 ай бұрын
@@ginaryanbearfighter7065 To clean them you can put them in water, or wipe them with a damp cloth with essential oils and water or plain water. You can also use smoke called smudging to cleanse or set them in salt. Feeding them comes next and you can use your own energy to put intentions into them. Meditating and holding each one to feed them with positive energy. You can feed them with essential oils, Florida water, natural tobacco, etc…but not necessary. Charging comes from sitting them in sunlight and moonlight - I like to leave them for a 24 hour cycle and you can add specific intentions by following the moon phases. Hope this helps!

Lovely collection. I have been collecting rocks since I was a kid - I fell off the monkey bars once and broke my arm because I had rocks in my pocket! My family continues to collect agates on Lake Superior & around MN, which my mother polishes and either wraps them or I use them in my houseplants. I have collected smokey quartz and Pikes Peak Amazonite as I now live in Colorado. I purchase occasional crystals, but finding stones and minerals from the land that surrounds me gives them much meaning. I find they also give me a sense of place and connection to the land where I live as well. Just want to say that you absolutely do not need to spend $$ to build a meaningful collection - the stones from the land around us have a potency as well if we listen deeply and connect to the land. Thank you for inspiring interest in the healing power of the earth ✌️

I just remembered...years ago I was flatting with People so I kept all my Treasures in my Bedroom. I found I was having trouble sleeping at night . One day I looked about my room and realised that nearly every surface was covered in Crystals ...I almost heard bells ringing and heard "The Whisperings" that they were giving off too much energy. I have a large Metal Cauldron , so I put a beautiful piece of Black Velvet in the bottom, filled it with the Crystals and wrapped the rest of fabric over them... then put the lid on...leaving out the Crystals that help with Sleep like Amethyst and Moon stone...and slept like a Babe ...I had to giggle at myself for not figuring it out earlier . Now that we live in a Cottage in the woods I have the space for them to enJOY themselves . Thanks so much for sharing Your Treasures with us xx

I remember the first time I walked into a crystal shop. My Mom and I were waiting for the mechanic to fix our family car and I had seen this crystal shop many times just round the corner from the mechanic. So we walked over there and I remember the atmosphere clearly. It smelled clear and clean, unlike any other place I've ever been to and the atmosphere of the space felt calm and peaceful. I'd never been in a room that felt like that before, and it was refreshing considering it was right beside a busy road. For seven years of my life previously before I had moved, I lived right beside a beach where you could find agates, carnelian, chalcedony, quartz, jasper, petrified wood and so many other stones. I'd grown up rockhounding and spending hours on the beach combing each and every stone to find something precious and beautiful, but I'd never been to a crystal shop. I quickly began busily looking at each and every little bowl of stones in the shop and I remember when I felt like I was called to purchase a stone for the first time. It was a piece of Citrine, my birthstone, and for some reason I felt an insistent urge to buy it. I didn't know why at the time but it called to me in a way I did not understand until I discovered witchcraft about a year later. But I bought my first crystal that day and I still treasure it and love it with all my heart. I feel a strong connection with Citrine and it's creative energies, and I have been lucky enough to feel it's energy and raw power as a stone coursing through my body. Crystals are truly so magickal...

Thank you so very much for not equating 'low vibrational' as bad; it's exhausting hearing the spiritual community make such connotations about powerful colors such as red and black, yin energy (and even the nuances of yang energy to an extent), introspection, the discussion / healing of trauma, and other so called 'taboo' subjects, when so many witches, practitioners, and healers before us have been ostracized and killed for trying to lead us to better days. So that was super refreshing. You are clearly very educated about crystals in general, are very intimately familiar with your collection, and I learned a lot from this video.

I have several shelves in my office that have "rocks" on them since so many "plain" rocks are so wonderful and full of life, so to speak. But my crystals and gemstones are mostly part of my altar. My largest ones are sort of displayed in a mossy terrarium with a 2-foot tall "tree" in it, and then my other smaller ones are arranged with sort of the north, south, east, west, earth, fire, air, water correspondences and placed together in metal bowls and things at the cardinal points on my altar space. I appreciate that they have a "home" there and that I can find what I am looking for rather easily that way.

All use of crystals for healing or protection opens portals to demons. Eventually all who use crystals and/or play with occult will be haunted, be anxious, nightmares; I speak from experience. Demons, through crystals and other occult practices, do give gifts, which puts you in debt to them. See vid Dangers of Crystals in the New Age: kzbin.info/www/bejne/lYOuqKyld69ooJo

Hi 💕 I want to also say that when you hit a crystal it sends out its frequency. It’s static frequency isn’t as strong but if you tap it while using it, the true frequency of the crystal is sent out. Quartz crystals are one of the absolute best. And I suggest getting a 528 hz tuning fork. It is extremely healing. Also I want to mention that lower frequencies penetrate deeper and slower while higher frequency is better for outer and surface healing. (These are scientific facts :) Every person also has their own inner frequencies depending on how healthy they are physically and mentally as well as their environment. So how crystals effect them may be different. If I can sum up, darker earthy stones are better for deeper healing and grounding. While lighter stones like selenite and quartz are better for the mind and feeling a sense of peace and serenity.

Hello Alwyn ☺. Just remember that crystals do go to sleep in boxes, bags and cupboards if not used regularly (my personal thoughts). So bring them out occaionally, even run them through water or leave out in the light of the moon to recharge and give them a little holiday lol ☺. Love the videos, your smiley bonny face brightens my day. Thank you. Take care. Love, Peace & Bright Blessings. Xx

Such a beautiful collection. It's hard most the time going into a crystal shop because it feels like a fever hits me and I don't know where to begin. I take my granddaughter with me at times so she can also appreciate the energy. I don't know that I have a go to type, I am just amazed to look and touch something so amazing that was created by mama earth. I do have a honey calcite sphere I like very much, and a silver sheen obsidian palm stone. And I am partial to flurite and labradorite. Just so many and they are made for so many different needs.

Your collection is gorgeous, especially that labradorite! I used to work in a crystal shop, so you can imagine what my wages often got spent on! I've done a couple of crystal healing courses and you've inspired me to sort all mine out and start using them more again. Thank you for another uplifting video! X🙏💖🙂

Loved your video, I to have lots of crystals and love them all. Have you heard of Blue John? It's a fluorite crystal found in Derbyshire from the Blue John cave.

I feel like we are kindred spirits. 😍 I recently discovered crystals healing properties and likewise I am amazed at how greatly they are undervalued in modern societies! I am really enjoying meeting new women, bonding over crystals. My favorite massage shop in town recently added someone with crystal knowledge and she brought a crystal shop with her! So yeah, I guess it's growing around here! I am a wreck most days. I hold on to black tourmaline and let it cool my volatile emotions. I am inspired by your video here to work more with my clear quartz and selenite. Maybe that's why I feel I'm not ready to move on from grounding. I sorta need to move back and focus on pure cleansing white. Thanks! 😊🙏 I also love that box you have, it gives me some crafty ideas. I love saving boxes and reusing old things. 👋 gonna go check out some more of your videos. I haven't seen your Original, the triangle, yet. Dana 🥰😇🤗

I JUST made my crystal box this past week. Again, perfect timing. Beautiful collection. I wanted to add that about 2 years ago, I found a hill full of tiny (and some palm sized) crystals right off the trail of my local nature trail. Mostly quartz. I live very close to the largest cave system in the world, so there's quartz everywhere if you know how to look for it.

Hi Alwyn, I hope you are well. My word you do have a plethora of little and large beauties. My gosh you arranged them so beautifully and they looked very pleasing to the eye. Love your crystal collection. I use my crystals regularly (today) during meditation or as jewelry. My favourite is Amethyst. I also made pendants out of some of the pieces I bought recently. I really love going to the crystal shop.

Beautiful collection! I have met many people who think of glass as a deterrent of vibration. I just thought it might help you to think of it as liquid instead. Glass is a liquid, albeit a viscous one, that moves quite slowly in comparison to ourselves. As you spoke on the subjects of water and vibrational frequency, I’m sure you are aware of the amplifying properties in the combination of the two. I hope that helps you the worry about blocking vibration a little less! Either way, I loved seeing your collection!

I’m not a huge believer of crystal healing, but as a polymorphkin someone who relates or identifies more to a creature more than a human but it can change from time to time, my main is dragon) I love to hoard them and learn about them and the world’s view on them. By the way, me and my mom are a big fan of your channel, I suffer from anxiety and emetophobia but whenever I hear your voice I begin to calm down… Thanks for sharing your life with us!
