Exactly the flood of the dams near Kyiv protecting the city and the heinous demolition of the Kakhovka Dam in whose floods so many died and lost their home and the lights falling down clearly are a metaphor for the rockets, drones and artillery raining on cities and villages and then the suffering of the women in war. And the shadows of the dead above everyone. So easy to understand.
