Absolutely gorgeous. The most stunning home in the most beautiful of locations. Breath taking. Thank you Charles Hilton for building this inspiration of a home.

My mom did the lighting for this house! She helped develop some of the bathrooms interiors, since most of it is made of glass

I used to come to 30A all the time when I was younger and I always thought this house was abandoned but I guess it's not!

Was there this weekend. A long time security guard shared they never come. Probably one of a dozen+++ family residences. Although a fab house, bet the others are in locations they like and can “get their rich on” better with other gazillionaire celebs.

It took them about 12 years to build this house. When I was young girl around 4 years old, I used to ride my bicycle all over Panama City Beach in Laguna. Back then they were dirt, roads and many places and that area near Alice Beach and Rosemary was largely completely undeveloped. One day I decide to take a little drive and ended up at this. Charles Hilton house in the year. Two stage of building. I always wondered about the people that were going to live there and if you haven't read the story about the husband and wife and their son who was an artist, it makes for a little interesting read. The house is simply spectacular and valued at one time around 20 million without the furnishings. And I believe the furnishings cost at least two million alone. My understanding is that the architect who helped build and design this house studied under Frank Lloyd wright. If you ever get a chance to see it in real life, don't pass it up. It is unique and an inspiration to the new homes being built up around it.

Actually that's Alys Beach Adjacent. If it were Alys Beach proper it just would't look like that
