yeeeeessss!! thank you for posting this!! It’s always a struggle trying to decide where to start with period pieces, and knowing that you can take something like a PAJAMA SHIRT and turn it into a coat?! genius. I never would have thought of that. I also really appreciate the amount of acrylic paint that’s going on here. It’s really the key to customizing cosplay pieces into submission, isn’t it? awesome. amazing.

Ha! I thought that I was the only one who left the ugly sewing inside my costumes. I should have probably serged up and maybe I would have been able to sell them. However, I also didn't want to put any more time and effort on something that may have had to be stored or tossed. I would start making about 4 costumes 3 days before (and during) a con. I would sew all night and crash a few hours in the afternoon, then repeat. I haven't cosplayed for 4 years and this year is my last year attending cons, but my Halloween costumes are gonna be better than all my cosplays now. Plus now im picking up some neat tricks! Thanks! :D
