Great topic! “Vibes” started in the 60s/70s hippie days. It’s just a more refined concept now. In a group situation, especially at work or where you’re doing something as a group, it is kind of important to be able to not have the group get hijacked (at least for long) by one person’s vibes. Alyssa, I love knowing that Obama is not a morning person. I always imagine that everyone else but me is a morning person, when it is obviously not true!! Also, having your job involve making President Barack Obama laugh must have been amazing. ♥️

Omg the Midwest is totally "it's going". We're a very repressed lot. Lol that was hilariously on-point. I send people good energy. Vibes strikes me as west coast too. But energy I can get behind. But I'm pagan. I love the whole discussion about sitting in the bad, and it's okay. I think we're all just too focused on "we must be happy", and that's not all people are. I do have a hard time with people stuck in bad and won't accept any good, but I also have a problem with the opposite. But I pick and choose where I get my news from because my mental health can't actually take on how bad things are at the moment. I take it as my own. And I need to have someone give it to me in a certain way, like you guys and PSA and BTC that keeps it at a distance for me, but I'm still informed. This was my favorite episode so far. I dunno what it says about me, but it's one I appreciated so much. Thank you. 💚
