Yes, it should not be restricted to only 24 hours.

Hi. Yes Alzheimer is irreversible. For the aim, you can only support within the limit of capacity. The reevaluation plan is dictated by the identified problem. Thanks

Hi, this is just a guide. You can choose what is relevant to your scenario. For E.g, you can go with today ( date), weekly, or sooner if clinical condition changes

may I ask if the scenario patient admitted for pain and the scenario mentioned patient was depressed due to wife death but if in assessment that I carried out the patient said he has no pain and feel okie does it mean I can't write pain and depression in planning ? everything base on the ADL interview instead of overview provided by the examiner ?

Hi, in such cases, it is likely that the assessor wants the candidate to address other relevant problems apart from pain.

Hi, it depends on the setting. If inpatient you can reevaluate today (date), 4 hourly or soon as clinical condition changes .
