Please I would like if a whole scenario from Assessment to Evaluation is USED FOR THE evaluation aspect, so we understand how the the whole evaluation handover flows from the encounter right from the assessment stage to the evaluation stage. Even though this is informative, It would be extraordinary to have the whole experience.
