@SAMSAL10 it's a very Nice song, I respect. I am Palestinian, born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and we just love dabkeh as well the Lebanese ppl do. BUT i just love it too much. I am going to use this song in a competition called International Fiesta Held in Buffalo, NY where I attend a University there. Competition will be held on February 26th, so video will be posted around that time. !!

apart from the Lebanese dabke the Palestinian is the only one i truly enjoy ... in some region of Lebanon they dance a similar type but with Lebanese twist ... it's clear that overall that Lebanese dabke is the hardest most competent of all the types

The Debke is Palestinian, although the song is by the Lebanese Artist Asi Elhellani
@omaralsawass6859 жыл бұрын
Falastini4Sure I am lebanese and I'll tell you what I tell Lebs who say dabke is solely lebanese: Dabke is levantine. It is older than the modern borders between the countries in the levant. It is part of the heritage of Lebanon, Syria, palestine and parts of jordan.

I really like the Dabke dance. In the west during Christian wedding women are not supposed to wear a black or white outfits to a wedding. Black represents death and white means you are trying to compete with the bride.
@louiseobrien20109 жыл бұрын
Yes, watch a royal wedding or one by a fashionable celebrity and you will realise it.
