Love how the sister also avoided some topics that painted her in a bad light, like how she had to change schools, or the argument between the family when it came out the brother was forced to be alone because his sister had no friends. -- Bit fishy when someone tells their side of the story...by ignoring parts of it.

Well they went to the same school sooooo like idk… You hear things, you see things. You know who’s sleeping with who or who’s fighting with who. You see/hear about friendship and/or bf breakups all the time. Sometimes you get a reputation as maybe a bad boy or the quiet one or maybe a player 🤷‍♀️

Emily said the parent told her to tell his wife that Op was cheating on her. Why would the parent tell Emily to tell Op wife that she is being cheated on especially since there is no concreate evidence of Op cheating. I believed Emily version is a fake to get everyone against Op.

The sister's story has a lot of holes. Nothing about their younger days excet him cheating on his girlfriends. 😂 Like most guys get one girlfriend for life. I guess she got jealous that he dated a lot and she didn't even have friends. She didn't deny getting a house even though she claimed he was the golden child. 😂 And her reason for getting a divorce didn't even make sense. But the most telling part of her story was her going to her brother for ANYTHING. Why would she think he would give her money or help her in any way knowing that he blamed her for his divorce? That's a golden child sense of entitlement right there. Then claiming his coworkers were on her side??? 😂😂😂 Sure.

believe OP’s version for 2 reasons: 1. Emily has a fistful of photos of OP “misbehaving”. If she were a “concerned” sister she would have taken charge of him rather than going click click click GOTCHA! 2. From OP’s description, he got woozy and passed out. And, yet, OP never cued into the simple deduction that he was DRUGGED. The fact that he did not bring that up, HIMSELF suggests to me that this whole event was a setup. Nope I don’t believe Emily, AT ALL.

You can feel a aspect of it if you've gone through it but if you've never gone through it and you're trying to get yourself to feel that same emotion by crying about it, it doesn't make any sense to me. Empathy means to understand that person and what they're going through, not crying about how you feel their emotions so you need to cry about it lol. If you read stories about people who cry thinking they feel exactly what you feel even though they've never gone through it then you understand what I mean

The sisters story reeks of lies. Claims OP had an affair but the ONLY night he was missing from his wife was the night SHE took him out, got him drunk and probably also drugged him. Then got her friend to take him drunk and unable to defend himself and take supposed incriminating circumstances. She ALSO took photo's not accidentally, but planned by her and her friend. NOW she wants help from the brother whose life she destroyed because of her jealously. The entire family is against him because SHE made certain to make them think he was cheating. She is the one blaming everything on others rather then what she has done. Yeah, I can see why her brother didn't help and would NOT want to help her or the rest of the family. What her brother needs to do is take out an order of protection against her and their parents. Not to mention go after them for harassment. He also needs to hire a private detective and some internet sleuths to get the proof on what she did and on her current illegal activities. Of course she gets joy for ruining not only her brothers life but the life of her ex-husband. This is how she get her happiness, by destroying others.

I'm sorry what? That sister is lying her ass off in this post. Outside of gaslighting what was actually said & dismissing 'fake photos' as `deep fakes`, then admitting to falsifying evidence in a legal matter. Also, Seriously ... she had time to 'follow' him, take pictures, 'KNOW' how many times he slept with her, get a hold of the wife in ass crack o'clock after drinking & partying herself, then get the 'mistress' to after letting him out of the house come to yours and tell the story. Like ... Something is stupidly wrong here. Then manage to after all that within hours get ALL the family together for a 'meeting' in the morning. So some how she had 'photos', the person he slept with, and rounded up multiple people within the same night? and got how many working adults to show up in the morning for someone elses home, to talk about another persons cheating, and include the parents so that any conversation would be impossible. The accused cheater isn't going to be able to say shit with pictures, even if they got staged by false means. Then she acts as if her entire fucking rodeo of including the whole family who believed you sight unseen within hours based on photos so ambiguous that it'd be dumb easy to stage & 'she claims' some of them where kissing, and literally all of this withing 8 hours, which includes sleeping time for everyone.

The issue i have with the sisters story is why did she have photos of him "flirting" with other women, also its strange that if hes going to cheat why cheat with his sisters friend, who would likely spill what happened, also if hes blind drunk most men cant shall we say get it up if that drunk. Seems strange that the sister invited OP out and that was the night she got loads of "proof" of his cheating. Sounds like the sister is a liar and does deserve to be divorced, hope her ex screws her for everything. OPs ex clearly likes the sister more than she loved OP or she would of at least listen to OP and what he says happened.

The key for me was her saying how happy she was at how things turned out. If true, her brother is really bad off, so she is happy? If she owned a 400k home, why was she unable to get a quick loan to cover her expense? The thing with the entire family showing up that morning sure sounds like a planned ambush. So, the evidence weighs with the brother, but not absolute. The only thing I fail to understand is his going clubbing with the evil sister, and leaving the wife at home. She is the last person he would want to party with, let alone going alone. Why did the wife allow it? She had to know how toxic the sister was. The confusing thing is the lack of response from the brother. Has he been cut off from his own account? I'll keep an open mind until I know more. Too many unanswered questions on both sides. If I was the brother, I would sue the girl who he shared a ride with, and the computer guy. Like to see what they have to say under oath. He will never get his wife back, but at least she will know what a fool she was.

I definitely think that the sister was lying through her teeth. Think about it. If she was caring at all, she would have brought the cheating to the wife only. Bringing everyone into it was obviously to make sure he couldn't defend himself, to make sure more voices would stand against him, limiting the wife's ability to think straight and pushing her to believe the lie. It's just sad that she never really got what was coming to her.

Reminds me of this other store where OP's own sister, Nicki, framed OP for cheating and ended her engagement and essential get disowned. Edit: the more i listen to this the more similarities i see. Both OPs went home to reconcile only to learn from a friend that the family and ex fiance, ex wife in this story...

Someone is lying but neither account is definitive, either one could be lying. How can we tell? Some people will believe the sister for whatever reason while others will believe the brother for as strong a reason, people read these stories and bring their own bias to their decision on who to believe, some say to always believe the woman while others think that women are more capable of manipulation , so internet strangers can never really know the truth.

Adam and Emily are playing he said she said. There's his side. There's her side. Then there's the truth. I'm not sure who to believe here. Both stories are probable and possible. It actually sounds like sibling rivalry where they want to hurt each other and not take responsibility for their actions.
