Its soo overwhelming that I tend to prefer to stay alone. I literally hate being around people for long period. Its worst when you feel the emotions of others towards yourself especially if its negative. They will try to hide it but you can tell by simply looking at them.

It is hard to socialize ,I am always absorbing others energies draining me . I am alone all the time, it is lonely sometimes , but I feel clear to enjoy the time I have left. I am a senior now and I have to guard my energy and emotions. I've always have been a cry baby it relieves the feeling of helplessness. I hide because I am transparent and easy to take advantage of. I pray for others like me because it is painfull to see suffering

As an empath I fully resonate with many of the points made in this video. Yes, can be both a blessing and curse at the same time. I have had to set boundaries with people who I pick up negative/ toxic energy, as I can feel this if I get to close.

I am a complete empath, I’ve always known something about myself was different until I started a spiritual journey and as I read and researched so many different things I learned I was an empath. I really enjoyed this video. It makes me feel like I’m not alone. But it definitely can be a gift and a curse. Thank you for the video!

I'll never know that I'm an empath till I watched this video. I love being alone, walking in the greenfields, seas, and any scene of nature's beauty . Every day I check my garden if there's any flower that bloom and it made my day! I did help even strangers, just like a year ago, I'll never know her but as I saw her crying because she lost her father as a covid patient she screamed, stumping her feet like a child, and we are just roommates because I'm a wathcher of my grandma too who is positive also. Without any hesitation I'll run to her, as she noticed that I'm coming she extend her arms as a sign that she realy need a hug and I did while tapping her shoulder then gave some peice of advice cause I know how it feels of being ignored. How many death of my loveones where I was there, from my mom, dad, grandfa, and even grandma, how many times my heart tore into peices but I know how to handle my emotions. Through experience I'll become more wise, yes sometimes I do scream, cry in silence but through that way I felt better that's how empath lived. She/he knows How To fix herself/himself alone!😌
