It is hard to stay out o your kids stuff....which is basically how I parented my four kiddies....who were very close in age, as well. But today they are great adults, best friends with each other. I often feel guilty I wasn't more involved, though, and often worry I didn't do enough. On the other hand, one of the nicest compliments I ever got was on Parent/Teacher night at their high school. a teacher who had all four of them for English, said he was amazed at how each of them was so individual and different rom each other.
