For the first time in three years my symptoms are finally starting to ebb. There is hope! I’ve had three decent days in a row. 😊 Thank you, Dan.

I can’t tell you how grateful I am for these positive daily videos. One thing I’ve found helpful is now when I feel the anxiety come flooding in , instead of freaking out and pushing away I just let it come. I sit with it allow it to be there feel it and sort of invite it in like it’s a dear friend. I thank my unconscious for trying to protect me and visualize myself comforting me as a 10 year old child (unconscious mind). Now I’ve taken it a step further and visualize my future self telling me to keep up the practice because we will come into balance and be free one day. It helps me so much! I just purchased your book Dan can’t wait to get it. Just finished reading the one by Marc sopher but imagine yours will be better as you give such helpful tips and tools on how to deal with TMS. THANK YOU 🙏🏻

Hello Dan, I have a question and I really hope you can answer me. I have a single symptom, and I’m 100% sure it’s not structural: a localized burning sensation exactly at the base of my penis. This symptom has been present for the past nine months and has now become completely persistent. I’m worried that a pain memory might have formed, and that it will never go away because it’s always at the same spot. In other cases, the sensation seems to move around, so another spot becomes pain-free, but that’s not the case for me. Unfortunately, I haven’t come across a pain story where someone had only one constant symptom, and it still went away. Could you please let me know if such cases exist? Are there any videos of yours about this? I would be extremely grateful for a response. Thank you!

I had an awful day today, Dan. Tears from back pain. I’m missing something too. I’m Willing to learn, though. I was visibly in pain at work and seen by co workers. They kept saying go home go home. You’re crazy go home. I kept breathing and said I’m okay I’m okay. Made it through the entire day. It was awful. Am I supposed to do this? People judged me and said “go to the hospital” even. I smiled through the pain and watery eyes. Am I on the right path?

You must lay the focus totaly away from your symptoms...Engage and think about good stuff...and when fear thoughts or symptoms show up...feel it...and calmly reasure yourself. Dont represse your emotions

What do we do when one of the symptoms of the TMS is pretty much constant infections (catching them easily and them lasting for longer than normal people), especially viruses, one after the other? How do we get the balance between addressing the infection and addressing the TMS, so we can move out of the constant infectious state without having setbacks as a result of the infection?

How does one message safety to the brain when you have a simultaneous real, serious illness? Or is brain/safety a lost cause in that situation?
@michelefinizio6520

Even with real health conditions like I myself have it's always best to not let the symptoms get to you and to stay calm and just tell the brain I'm safe it's always good to focus on improving and not being stuck in a medical diagnosis . Stay hopeful

I'm being interviewed to death by companies for almost two years now for a simple inside sales position - they drag me through 2 months of interviews & then ghost me near the finish line - I don't have family friends & I cannot afford to interview into eternity for a job I am clearly qualified f - I am beyond terrified.
