Sometimes I lucid dream without actually doing any reality checks or whatever but one time I was having a hideous nightmare and I was in a creepy house and I suddenly was aware I was dreaming so I said to myself that because I was dreaming I'd open the door and find a nice sunny room full of cute puppies to play with. In the dream I I opened the door and found Rolf Harris, half naked, taking professional photos of those hairless cats you get. Thanks, brain! You could make a video on one of the weirdest dreams you've had. That'd be interesting!

I dunno if it counts, but when I'm in a dream, I can figure out I'm dreaming, but instead of being able to control events as they go, I can rewind back to a moment and then change it from there. Almost like having a save file. S'cool. Also, you should talk about potatoes and how versatile they are. Good lord.

I had a dream about Chris the other day and it was REALLY WEIRD. he was in a virtual world like Sword Art Online but when you die in that world you reincarnate as another creature. Chris died and reincarnated into a giant eye that was in the earth, so like half the eyeball was sticking out, like in Sinbad. anyway his friend from the game was with him to keep him company since he couldn't go anywhere because he was an eye. And Chris said something to his friend and the friend said "aye aye" as a pun on "eye" and Chris got SO ANGRY and was just screaming and shaking but couldn't do anything because he was just a giant eyeball.

The concept of being awake or dreaming doesn't exist in my mind when I dream. I can't actually think "This is a dream" or "This is reality". It is more like a ridiculous morphing movie playing in front of my eyes, going from first person to third, and characters spontaneously changing and my dream self not noticing anything. Does anyone else suffer from this?

You're supposed to write in it any morning that you remember your dreams, for example, if he had a dream about going to school (like he talked about in the video), he would write down as much detail regarding the writing not making sense and the reality check and the people he saw there. This helps you to remember your dreams and decipher them :)

im a natural lucid dreamer. i dont have to do any of those things you talked about i just go to sleep and every night im aware that im in a dream. i can change things fly around etc i have used it to have sex once or twice. its really fun. although be careful because lucid dreams when your having a nightmare are fucking awful. i dreamed my mum and dad were grating my face with a cheese grater and pouring bleach on me i started changing things but through the panic all i managed to change was turning the cheese grater into a block of cheese. next thing i woke up screaming. it wasnt fun at all haha

I had a lucid dream last week, worst experience ever oh my god. I woke up from a nightmare into another one, realised I was dreaming, forced myself to wake up, went into another one, punched my boyfriend in the face to test whether it was real - luckily for him it wasn't and his face just turned to jelly and caved in. Forced myself to go to sleep in the dream and had to use all my energy force my eyes open to wake up in reality. I remember thinking in the last dream 'I've died and this is what hell is. An infinite nightmare'. Eugh.

hello!!!!!!!! i have some advice for lucid dreaming!! when you begin to feel like you are waking up, spin around!!! in the dream of course. it helps you from not waking up! also spinning can also help you transport different places, if you're having trouble just imagining yourself into a new place. like when i want to go somewhere, i would spin and then fall back, and end up in the new place!!!
