What if the surviving spouse wouldn't pay for husbands military burial with My fathers credit card in his name only even though she forged his name when he was alive so his daughter had to pay for the funeral. After his burial. She maxed out that card and put 6,000 dollars AFTER HE DIED! Plus she sold gave away or threw away separate property without letting a disabled daughter have any of his 90 year Korean veteran life. She took 375,000 dollars and in 3 months was in Arizona paid off her daughters house and she didn't pay any of the Bill's on his name. Now they are in collections and he never had a late payment in his life but she closed his bank account took over.He paid for everything she only got 700 dollars from social security and she ONLY notified social security so she could get his social security she won't give me a copy of the trust and has gotten away with lying fraud grand theft financial abuse and neglect!

Nothing is in my name. Not the house, vehicles, bils, credit cards etc. What if my spouse passes away? Would my children & I have claim to any of these things? Ive been a stay at home mom & I fear being penniless and homeless with no credit if my spouse passes away. There is a life insurance policy that covers funeral expenses and to pay off partial of house but no will. Btw, I live in PA
