For those who want the whole story: So basically Amber kept making remarks about how she never did so much for her 18th birthday and it was very excessive for OP to do sm even though OP's also had an excessive 18 birthday. OP brushed it off. She also gave OP a nasty look when she came into OP's room to ask abt something and saw the dress hanging on the closet door. Then, OP came back home to her parents yelling at Amber, when asked why, they told OP that they had caught Amber ripping apart OP's new shoes. And she also cut OP's dress. When they asked Amber why, she didn't respond. When OP's brother came back, he was shocked that Amber did all of that, and OP'S parents demanded that either Amber or her brother pay her back. When Amber Heard how much it cost, she refused because she would have to take it out of their baby funds. OP's brother defended her that it was just pregnancy hormones, but OP's parents handed them gas money and told them that they either pay, or leave and find a hotel for the time being. OP's brother keeps texting her to convince their parents to let them back in and that she would be a horrible aunt and sister if she just let her niece on the streets. The outfit was $79.

OK, I’m gonna assume this is in a poor country because $79 is not a lot of money in the perspective of clothes. I’ve seen jeans for more money at my local mall and it’s not a rich person mall they are cheap. What the hell?
