Punugulu is the Andhra dish , made out of idli or dosa batter . Mazda is also used to make punugulu. My mother used to make this regularly and for navarathri also I believe kunukku is a Thanjavur dish. It is very lovely Mami. Thanks a lot for explaining it in detail. நீங்கள் சொல்லும் அளவுதான் நான் பருப்புஎல்லாம் போடுவேன். ஆனால் என்னுடைய மாமியார் புழுங்கலரிசி தான் போடுவார். பச்சரிசி போட்டால் வடக் வடக்கென்று போய்விடும் என்று சொல்லுவார்.

பச்சரிசி போட்டா தான் taste நன்னா இருக்கும். பச்சரிசி தான் விரதத்துக்கு உகந்தது புழுங்கல் அரிசி விலக்கு. பச்சரிசில செஞ்சாலு நல்ல crispy-ah இருக்கும்.
