Here is the solution if you are desperate and had tried everything. I solved it flashing the Bios via USB drive. 1. Download the latest BIOS file that matches your motherboard model from the MSI website. 2. Rename the BIOS file to MSI.ROM, and save it to the root of your USB flash drive. You need to format it using ´´Rufus´´ (IMPORTANT: MBR partition, non-bootable, Fat32). 3. Remove everything from the motherboard (cpu, gpu, hd, rams, etc) except the power cables. 3. Plug the USB flash drive that contains the MSI.ROM file into the Flash BIOS Port on the rear I/O panel. 5. Press the Flash BIOS Button to flash BIOS, and the LED starts flashing. This process will take about 5 minutes. 6. The LED will be turned off when the process is completed. 7. Turnoff and reinstall every component. You are done.

Button near the bottom of motherboard or take out the battery for 20 secs

there's a cmos reset header near the rear i/o, you will need a light to see it, it's the only header there (2 pin)

@@iiimgdiii Corsair 650w gpu says I need 850w but looking at the draw it says online it only draws 350, surely everything else I have doesn’t draw more than 300w

The same problem was on my b450m pro-vdh max mainboard. Vga led lights on first start, at the second time normal boot. I fix this problem with a bios downgrade. First i have flash the bios 7A38vB0 then the bios 7A38vB4. Now its boot fine, no problems.

Hi, i have this motherboard msib450 gaming plus and after gaming and when i restart or turn on the pc he enters sometimes in blackscreen and the red led from cpu is on i have 16gb ram lpx corsair. Can anyone help me, i have msi rx 480 8 gb gaming x , the gpu, and for the moment i use it at dvi conection till ill buy a new monitor, my cpu is rysen5 1600, psw seasonic 620 W ,please help, thank you!

Try with another CPU. I had similar problems and found my Ryzen 3600 had died.
