This is BERTHA! She's the BIGGEST trailer we've ever ordered and it is MASSIVE!!! It is an AM822-2400 Gooseneck Hurricane Cleanup Trailer.
Let me break down the specs"
8' wide x 22' long x 4' fixed sides w/ 4' high extensions
Telescopic front mounted dump cylinder
Gooseneck, Operator's Station, and built in Ladder
AM190 Log Loader for 19' and a 3,000# lift capacity at half reach (I would have used the AM230 for maximum 23' reach and 3,600# lift at half capacity)
Honda GX390 Electric Start power pack
Dual 12,000# Dexter Axles w/ electric brakes
13,140# unit weight
10,140# hitched weight / curb weight / actual weight on tires
3,000#'s of actual hitch "tongue" weight

I just bought the Belmont with a woody large grapple 2900 lb lift with boom ext. Honda 13 hp, very very much just like this 1 it is rated 25900, these are almost identical. I pick my unit up this Thursday. Very nice

I have a question. Can I tow the 2500 Chevrolet Silverado ? Would you recommend this for this truck?

We were just moving the trailer around empty with our single rear wheel 3500 Ram. You’d have to check the manufacturer’s tow chart. The trailer weighed 13,000#’s empty and could weigh as much as 24,000#’s loaded.

This is the first video I've seen of yours that has the " Clamshells" for the grapple , does the " clamshells" only come mounted on the gooseneck 822 or can we get them on the 816 - 714 as well ?

We can put them on any grapple. This was just the first time we had a trailer here on our wood lot with them. We can do them as a closed side like you see in the video or go slightly larger w/ open sides. We can also offer the frame mounted storage as well. I have a Load Trail 83” wide, 16’ long, 8’ tall bumper pull dump trailer. I would love to have one of these placed on to it, especially with the platform. One issue is the overall height. The trailer is already about 11’ tall, so I would want the top of the platform at the same height. The boom also can’t be much taller than the trailer because it’s close to the legal limit. In transport it would have to be completely flat. The second issue is I would need it to be removable. We have a debris loader that we use for fall and spring cleanups, so it would need to be swapped twice a year. Third and final would be the purchase/installation, we operate in Michigan so I hope that isn’t a huge hurdle.

The bottom of the platform is about 8ft. the rails are another 3ft. the loader stores under 12ft.
