This was my first AMA race and a terrible experience. Was at the smallest “grandstand” near turn 6. Never again. AND if lapped traffic is a part of your series - it is garbage

Crazy, that GSXR of that era was the most dominant bike on the planet. It was winning it was winning in AMA, WSBK and BSB. And Spies wiped on Mladin like three years in a row before he left WSBK and won his first year. Dude was a beast.
